convenient location pleasant staff adequate room old carpet bathroom cleanliness visible stains

the location was convenient for getting around. the train station was close. the staff were pleasant, a positive. the room was adequate for what i needed it for.

the carpet felt old. it had stains. this made it seem not clean to me. the bathroom too wasnt the cleanest i have seen in hotels.

ample room touristy questions room noise locked room

the room was quite large. i had ample room for my luggage and still had a place to sit. there was also plenty of closet space, a coffee maker and a tea kettle (very useful!). the staff were helpful with touristy questions.

The room was way too noisy. I was in room 524. with an intersection right outside the window, i heard every bus and car that stopped and went through the lights. there was also a locked room across the hall from me, with people going in and out all night long.

Excellent Stay

comfortable beds central location

The beds were comfortably sized. Rooms provided ample space to move around. The hotel's central location is a highlight. The room layout suits family needs.

Upon arrival a towel soaked up a leak in the bathroom. The floor remained wet and I was not offered another room. I would have liked this fixed more quickly.
